This is my very first attempt at doing a build up animation in general. i know that this isn't the best and i think i can spot some errors on it.

but i used OS SHP builder for this.

So anyways what do you guys think of it. and what could i do differently and if there are any guides or tutorials for any animations out there or any programs that i an use instead.

What programs do you guys use to create your own buildings and units.

Reviews and constructive criticisms are appreciated.

I feel like the grass and stuff should've come first, but still good nonetheless.
