Can anyone please tell me why final alert 2 is acting like this with soviet walls in the overlay section, but if i used from soviey buildings section, then it is fine

I should mention that i did add allied and soviet wall mod, but it doesnt act like it with allied wall

Why couldn't you just use printscreen instead of gigantic images?

What final alert version is this?

Crap internet at the moment and  it is the 1.02 version

For anyone interested im using

Remapable Allied,Soviet & Yuri Walls mod and soviet wall is the one causimg this issue

Try copying nnwall and naming it ngwall, should fix it.


That's what I meant, then paste in Paint or something.

Did you add the overlays to the end of the list or are you overriding the originals in the list?

No i just added the files into expand md file and thats it. It changed itself but nothing was changed in rulesmd or art md regarding walls

Looks like the radar color rgb has a bad value.
Older SHP Builder versions and XCC Mixer saved SHPs have this.
IIRC if radar color RGB is 0,0,0 the map editor will show overlays as hex values.

Check the SHP with the TS/RA2 SHP Radar Colour Editor and compare the values with working overlays.


Oh and please edit your first post and delete those uselessly huge ugly images.
You can write "soviet walls show as hex values in map editor" instead, which doesn't breaks browsers that are running on smaller resolutions than 4k.
