the new version of blender looks badass. im too lazy to learn it again. it has all the same tools as 3ds max so its not worth downloading 10000 gig mulri rhousand dollar program anymore. i used to use lightwave 3d which is hilariously outdated but im pretty sure westwood used it for a long time and then switched to maya near the end.

Your damage frames need a lot more debris and irregular stuff like wires or bent rebar sticking out. Also consider adding black smudges around where (if) you add damage fire.

I don't know what this carport type building is supposed to be exactly, but it is rather large by building scale, I'd sugest shrinking it, or making the entire building shorter/flatter.
