FA2 directory issue

QUICK_EDIT Attach signature (signatures can be changed in profile) close

I have a problem with my Final Alert 2 directories.
Basically it used to look in my normal RA2 directory to find my mod, and it was fine. Last night I installed RA2 again from the first decade to play CnCNet, and now it always looks there instead. My FinalAlert.ini still says it should be checking my RA2 directory, but it still goes to the first decade.

and yet the log file still reads

Searching C:\Program Files (x86)\EA Games\Command & Conquer The First Decade\Command & Conquer Red Alert(tm) II\RA2\ etc etc

If I delete FinalAlert.ini and reopen it it asks where my RA2 directory is, and I'll set it to my normal one with my mod in and it works that time. But if I close FA2 and reopen it it goes back to the first decade, even though the .ini file still says it should go to my normal folder.

I am using Final Alert 2 Yuri's Revenge v1.02
