Subject description: it keep producing stuff, while I can't

I resized image to avoid page resizing, but as you can see my disk with EMP weapon (it looks like drain but it is emp) drains conyard and I got blacked out structures. it disabled building as supposed, so I cannot build anything.
In second picture you can see my disk disabling AI con yard, and on third picture AI still was able to build war factory! Power disabling is working as I noticed, base defense shut down too, but production is not working. I also saw it was able to train  flak troopers to attack disk even I disabled barracks as well. Buildings have ImmuneToEMP=no set. In my case it disables production, but not on AI's

I guess AI doesn't need to click on the sidebar to build stuff or select a unit to give order, allowing it to bypass some restrictions.

Did it place new buildings after, though?

Looking at the old bug report, the AI will continue producing any building or team it already started, but doesn't really start anything new after it's done as long as EMP effect is still active.

(well, i wrote there that AI ConYards completely ignore EMP, but i honestly can't remember whether i waited for them to try to build more buildings, or just one)

Oh hello guys. Nice to see you!
mevitar, I see that you were active in that issue. Seems that it bothered you too. Point of EMP is to disable something, its completely useless against AI in this case and causes balance issues.
Anyway I cannot remember if it places new buildings after, but I think it built something (flak turret and something else). And I am sure it was ble to build flak troopers from drained barracks as well

Well, that's because it doesn't seem to check for EMP status until it's done building any AI team it started. #Tongue

So, its only for team? But still I would consider it bug as it should stop building/training anything immediatelly until EMP effects wears off.
