It needs to be twice as large in every direction, and deperately needs some details in colours other than 12, 23, 57 and 72 - perhaps some shading, panel lines, markings, etc? QUICK_EDIT
Um, adding detail and shading doesn't mean you have to daub it with random colours... And it needs to be BIGGER!
To show you what it could be, I took the liberty of fixing up your voxel:
I took your model and resized in in VxlSE3 2x. Then, I reshaped the wings, tain and fin, as well as rounding the hull a little. Finally, I lengthened the fuselage, and re-added the aerial.
The colours are the same that you used, but I added shading. Shading was put under the plane, at the wing-fuselage joints, the cockpit canopy and the engine intake/exhaust. Panel lines in a darker shade of the base colour were also applied, as well as picking out a few details like the aelerons, and adding Soviet stars in non-remap red. Speaking of remap, I tidied that up too, and applied it to just the tail.
The normals were smoothed by hand after being applied with an auto-normal tool in VxlSE3. Being such a simple shape (esentially a jet-tube with wings and cockpit), it could have benefitted from proper WW normals to make it look nice and smooth. Since this was merely a demonstration model, I didn't bother however.
Below are the ingame pix of your two models - the top is the original, the lower one is your recolour. Also attached is a pic of the same voxel after I fixed it up.

My remake of Tyler's Fitter voxel; I resized, reshaped and recoloured it before adding basic normals.
If you practice, and you listen to the comments and tip that ppl give you , you will get better.
Have another go at the Su-7. Making the voxel a few times will not only hone your skills, but will also teach you what can and cannot be done with voxels. QUICK_EDIT
It is better. I have added a screenie of your third Fitter effort so that you can see what needs improving.
Really, I'd make a new one; that one needs a lot of work to make it look like a Fitter... Try the new voxel with these sizes:
L = 70
W=40
H=20
As for the shading, it is better. I suggest putting dark colours in the recesses and the lighter colours towards the edges/outside.
Also, if this is for RA2 Soviets, you might want to make it Soviet-coloured. If not, have a look through Google to see what colours real Fitters are and maybe try a few out?
