loading up engineer.shp, (unitem) changed the colour of it using the palette conversion (brown1) and save, shp is now unknown  Crying or Very sad

Are you using 3.23?

And, could you provide me the SHP and/or the openlog.txt? (For more info on the openlog, read this tutorial)
