3.23: (Estimated Release Time: Less than 24 hours)
- revisions by Banshee
- Critical Bug Fix: OS SHP Builder will no longer corrupt files saved with compression 3 when the SHP has a blank frame between frames with contents.

To Do List:

- Still needs to copy the fix code to a source of 3.22.

3.3: (Estimated Release Time: March, 2005)
- revisions by Banshee
- Added: Right click painting support. You can now brush, create shapes and use brushing tools with the right click, using the new background colour. You can also disable the background colour whenever you want.
- Added: Copy and Paste with transparency. You can now copy the contents of a section and paste it without pasting the pixels with the background colour.
- Update: Brush tools have been re-coded and they render faster now.
- Bug Fix: When you apply the changes and click cancel in the Preferences area, you will no longer loose the changes related to CCM, Loading, Saving and Palettes.
- Bug Fix: You may now be able to undo copy, paste and move operations.
- Bug Fix: Preview will now update the palette when you change it.
- Bug Fix: Fix access violations that could happen if you tried to access the last frames of the preview window after activating shadows.
- Bug Fix: Fixed graphical bugs with canvas resize box when you set very high values to top or negative sized images.

To Do List:

- Finish the right click support by sorting a problem that happens in the current development version when you select and move a section, but cancel it.
- Code the transparent copy and paste part.

Scrapped Feature:

- 3.2x Rescue Load: It would be the fifth loading option that would get the correct value for the missing offsets from files corrupted by OS SHP Builder 3.x (including 3.22). However, the attempt failed because it misses the size of the last non-blank frame (which is not interpretable in the corrupted file) and misses the starting location of the first valid frame. Therefore, the result was always an access violation.
