Not bad, but it would be more impressive if you actually made them ... instead of using the Lego modeler.

Umm, Nice AT-ST. Would be even better if you didn't just change the official model...

Nice, but there is no lego file to download. So, moved to Media Hut.

Actually, it is called MLCad, LDraw just provides the parts.

Though these are good starting models they don't really show any sort of creative parts usage nor any detailing. These are some good starts but you need to develop them a little more if they are to be of any use.

Take a look at this model. It cheats a little but I am not building this for display but voxelization.

Here is some stuff I have made in the past:

Just 5 boxes huh?  I've propably got around 8,000-12,000 pieces, but I've never been bored enough to count! Laughing

I like the mammoth tank though.  And the mecha isn't bad, though i'd like a few BT style models Wink.

I've got an entire box, which is absolutely huge, full of lego. I haven't made stuff with it for years though.

If you haven't presorted your pieces the Lego Flames will be under C in the drop down parts menu. It is classified as a castle part.

These can easily be converted into voxels with 3dWin and 3ds2vxl, this is how I am making my voxels for my mod.

Nice truck by the way.

Looks good. You're doing much better than your original works in the other thread. My skills haven't improved any further, but then I haven't been working on any models in a little while. I had an Allied Barracks in the making.

I don't see how working with Legos is childish. I've read articles on modern Engineers who got their start working with Legos well beyond childhood. Also, I don't think it's any less that these are done with LDraw and not done in real Legos.

I like LDraw with it's lack of obstacles (like lack of pieces). It allows people to be more creative than they would be when confined to the set amount of Lego parts they have.

To see some works of mine made from real Legos, check out the second page in this thread:

http://www.sleipnirstuff.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=11112

(Sorry for the self-promotion.)
