Btw, I have a question on the airfeild. U all probably know that in Ra2/YR aircraft lifts off in VTOL fashion. Is this gonna be the same in RA: PD? _________________ Destroy to create. All for the hunt to dominate!

Yes, unfortunately the aircraft will be VTOL, there's no way around that, not without messing up more serious stuff anyway. As for units, we do have units done, but I don't think I'll show them just yet, I would probably show them when we start showing off full ingame screenshots.

My original idea was not to have remaps at all, and we actually used that, before the "facelift" this is what exodus uses now (Gangster used to work with us on PD) and I think that's what he was refering too by "not his own idea", but anyway, in the end we decided to have some remaps, but just as a flag on each building, however, superweapons and base defences still have no remaps at all.

Words just fail to describe. They are brilliant, I can't say more than that. The animations are so smooth, the details so clear. They're perfect.
And the idea of no remaps is interesting, but I still think that some would be needed for multiplayer, so.. the flags are perfect, not too much, not too little.

As promised, a new building. This time it's the airfield
The airfield is plays an important rule in the strategy of soviet commanders. From this structure a commander can access paratroopers and parachute bombs as well as the construction of MIG aircraft and Yak planes. Only one plane allowed per airfield, and if you wish to construct more planes, you must build more airfields. If an in-use airfield is destroyed and its associated plane has no other airfield to land at, it will crash.

Glad you stuck with the grey buildup's, as that's one of the things I think about in context with Red Alert. Although the lack of remap just looks... Strange, in my opinion. _________________
