A moment in time
(A moment in time, Quake style.)
Staff Sargent Tanya J Denitro knew she was dead. The Strogg had obliterated everyone she had known on the base. She was crouching behind a pile of steel boxes.
She was carrying a Rocket launcher and assault shotgun, plus a couple grenades she found.
"Human female, if you surrender now, you will not be killed." They had found her.
"Screw you," she said, arming a grenade and throwing it at the one that had spoken. It hit it in the face and exploded, killing it.
They charged forwards, one of them staying back and throwing grenades. She wacked one of the grenades back. It smashed into the floor, blowing a small hole there. Probably big enough for her to slip in. Provided she got there.
They ran around the boxes and started attacking her. She shot a bunch of them with her shotgun, then it clicked empty. She dropped it, said 'shit', and tried to climb on top of the boxes and run for the hole. One of them grabbed her ankle and she fell on her back.
The last thing she did was pull the trigger on her rocket launcher, pointed down. She killed herself and all Strogg clustered around her, as she yelled "You'll never use my body for anything!". _________________ "Banned" RP here QUICK_EDIT
Have you ever heard of the old FPS series of games called 'Quake'? The Strogg are the bad guys, they use cyborgs. and such, mostly humans with mechanical bits stuck on. _________________ "Banned" RP here QUICK_EDIT

Erm, Quake 2. Quake had a different story. The Strogg are very similar to the Borg from Star Trek, gufu, if that helps you to understand them better. _________________
