TFD Concept Tank [TS]
I did this voxel when I first saw the concept art, but never released it. Did some more work on it, and I think it's nice enough to be public.
First thing I will say, is.. it is a GDI/American Tank. Anyone who says its a nod tank.. Well, its not.
Yes, the wheeled tank design makes it appear Nodish, but thats only because the Stealth Tank was like it. This one prodominantly lacks any stealth features.
Look at it. What colour do you mostly see? Black? Grey? Red? Didn't think so. Its Goldeny-brown. That screams GDI to me. If you actually look at the bottom of the turret, and in a few other places, you actually see a strong Gold colour.
Also, its too beefy for a Nod Tank.
And of course, it could be an American Generals Tank also.
I know people say its not new concept art, and that it must be Generals.. but they've had concept art for TT for ages, so I'm sticking with the belief thats its GDI related.
Anywho, comments welcome, can't garentee I'll do more work on it, unless its absolutely needed.
Enjoy.

HVA Builder.. this is actually a slightly earlier version. I've darkened it since. And ignore the brightness of the remap, its not actually that bright.
Looks very cool! Can you give me some hints to make voxels? (yes i'm voxeling again...) _________________ I use a Unix-based system, that means I'll get laid as often as I have to reboot. QUICK_EDIT

Ooh Ooh Ooh Ooh! IDEA! Do the Ion Cannon in voxel form from TFD poster! That would be SOO Awesome! _________________ "Reality is a lovely place, but I wouldn't want to live there." -Adam Young QUICK_EDIT
Thanks for the comments guys!
And I agree Pokey, I love it in blue too .
I had considered making the Ion Cannon.. but.. as Denmon pointed out.. just useless.
Yuri, as always with my public voxels, you're welcome to use them in mods, as long as there credit.
Sevelys, my basic tips on voxelling:
1) Look at other peoples voxels, see what they've done. Edit, modify and play with them.
2) Don't do anything too complex right away, it usually never works.
3) Have an idea of what you want to design, draw it and sketch it on paper or whatever. It really helps to have a predefined idea of what you want. As you get better and can grasp the perspective of the modelling, then you can just go straight out of your head.
I had hoped that the changes in shape would help define and detail the model, but still people are complaining of "lack of detail" I could try it on the older normals system, its not perfect, but it did produce nice sharp edges and shape capturing. _________________ If there is a problem on the forums, PM me. Buy yourself a bigger monitor. Something like 20480000*15360000, like mine. _________________ I use a Unix-based system, that means I'll get laid as often as I have to reboot. QUICK_EDIT
Okay, added a few extra details here and there, namely at the sides. I've also done some work on the normals, and tried to make the main barrel darker. I don't want to make it stand out too different from the concept, as the idea is to recreate the concept art, but thanks for the comment, Carniwhore.
Upon testing it out in blue again.. (Blue FTW!) I realised.. in the original colour scheme, it looked scarily like an American Tank from Generals, thus I did an alternate in a more golden-brown GDI scheme.
Comments welcome as always. And thanks very much guys for the previous comments!

Dang... And that does look a whole lot like an american tank.
Anyone else thinks it looks kinda of like the bridge jumper vehicle from Batman Begins? The whole chasis design just brought that image to my mind. _________________

I my self thoguht it was nod, in the poster i have it looks darker and thats why i think its nod. But i think it could still be a stealth tank. look at the one from TD; in the cutscreen you could clearly see it had wheels. But i think its sorta Nodish and sorta GDIish. Either way, it still looks cool.
Just because a tank has wheels, doesn't mean its a stealth tank.. Where are the blue crystals to form the cloaking field?
It looks too beefy for a Nod tank, even if it is on wheels. And if you actually look at it, it has a gold and brown colour scheme. Nod never had this, not even remotely. Its black, grey and red for nod. Simple.
And it could just as easily be a generals tank, several people have commented that it does look relatively similar to the beta American Hover Leopard Tank..
Either way, I believe it could be either GDI or American, seemily a bit more advanced that seen in TS or Generals. But I will not remotely accept that its a Nod Tank. The lighting conditions are dark, and it has wheels not tracks, so what. If it has tracks, does that automatically make it a tick tank? _________________ If there is a problem on the forums, PM me.
