How the feck do i texture in GMAX, i found a tutorial and i have no idea what the feck there talking about.

Look, on the right high corner , i have surrounded a green round, click on it



Click on "new"

AND now click on this :



And choose your file:


select "open" and :


APPLY !

Maxim is right... I wasted a lot of time looking for the material editor in GMAX...


Note: Edited recently... Dooffy is wrong, not right as it was written before.

no (or perhaps yes and i don't know it Oops! )

News: i will format my pc tonight, and i will create some tutorial for gmax users (add textures, add effect to the polygone ect ..... ) Smile

somebody has news about TS and Sk8erkid ? Sad

TS is having computer problems while Sk8erkid disappeared.

Feel free to post these tutorials in the tutorials forum for TS and RA2.

no that is not this button

but forget, i find how to, that work by "copy --> paste" with the cursor

in fact you have to select the pict in your files, and then click on it and move to the rectangular preview and then apply
