Well several icons are direct rips and modifications of those used in Tiberian Sun: Retro.
I do hope that you have no intention of releasing the mod you are using/working on. Its fine to have a personal mod using the resources, but if you try and make your own mod to be released, using material from other mods (that includes edits of material) and claiming it as your own, it is considered plagerism.

Also, you're not allowed to distribute the mod's materials to public without the expressed permission of the mod's author.

Right, onto the map.

The cliffwork is basic and repetitive. Try using some variety in the cliff pieces, so it doesn't look so fake.

Also, the cliff ridge in the upper left-hand corner, is wrong. The ground behind the cliff is not at the same level as the cliff itself.

The same can be said for the shores, again its repetitive, and I'm guessing you were simply using auto-shore for your water work. It really makes a difference if you do your own water-edges, and again, use variety to break up the edges.

Several of the dirt roads in the bottom left-corner are.. again simply the same tile over and over. You also have a y-junction, but only only one road continued.

Are you using some kind of a mod which uses additional map tiles? I'm guessing Tiberian Sun: Retro? Namely as it has paved-road corner tiles. These are not general tiles available to the public. And as such, anyone using ordinary TS/FS, or with another mod installed will be unable to use this map, as these tiles will not exist for them.

Erm.. the rest. Poor balancing for the bases, the Tiberium is clustered in tiny pockets located next to a few bases and other locations. It is advisable to have a more "natural" distribution of Tiberium, to make it look as if it is more established, and spread across the map of its own accord, rather than simply "placed" in convient locations.

Again, the viens are poorly placed and imbalanced..

Yay on the making a new original path, but you've got some way to go on making a worthwhile map.

Just listen to my advice, give it a shot, play around and experiment.
