wow! two followed questions in less than an hour! but i've just found out something!!!!! is OS SHP builder, when i try to import an image as a frame, the colour appears like oldish and kinda crappy... i thought it was a photoshop problem because i eddited the frames into that program but I've discovered at seeing another post from this forum that the problem is my OS SHP builder. When i click FILE, IMPORT, IMAGE => SHP it appears a settings window with 4 pages: MAIN, COLOURS, FRAME SIZE and EXTRA SETTINGS. it is suposed that i can change all these settings, but i can't and it looks like the attached file... WHAT CAN I DO?????????

The colour appears crappy because the palette is wrong. Have you tried reading the help? There is a big section explaining these settings.
