Well the Obelisk of Harmony is kinda like an upgraded version. It's huge and evil, for example. It nicely dwarves the ordinary obelisk.

By the sound of the name "Harmony", it sounds like a perfect building to use Prism Tower logic having obelisks firing into each other. That's the idea I get from the name Harmony. Of course this isn't a RA2 mod, so scratch that idea. Or check if you can get C&CVK to add the functionality in for ETS/EFS.

Harmony sounds so much better than Eclipse it's not even funny.
Eclipse is just the effective opposite of Light, and thus is pretty boring. It also doesn't roll of the tongue half as well.
Obelisk of Harmony sounds intimidating.

Obelisk Of Harmony makes me feel it came from fairyland or something Confused

Obelisk of Eclipse brings a post-apocalyptic and dangerous feeling, thus it suits into that huge building.

Nod has an adv SAM, so having the Obelisk of Harmony shooting air units would be a little pointless. Also it would be a waste of the ridiculously powerful that it has, and takes that a short while to reload.

Harmony also highlights the key things said by Nod: Brotherhood, Unity, Peace. Sounds like Harmony to me.

Obelisk of shadow is a bit obvious to me. It's not that cool to name everything in the baddies side "dark" "evil" "shadow" "reaper" and so on...
Obelisk of harmony fits well with Nod's hypocrisy
