How to make units explode on Deploy
Ok make a buiding that can deploy say a demo truck
[DEMOTRUCK]
DeploysInto=GADEMO
Now specify GADEMO in the art.ini but give it an active animations with the tags
Rate=500 ;make it quite high
Damage=10000 ; Also make it high
Now when you deploy the unit its own active animation will destroy it , you may think well how is this of any help, well if u give the GADEMO building Explodes=yes and Explosion=*[being the special nuke explosion]* then you can give ur demo truck the same weapon when it explodes as when u deploy it JUST like the RA1 demo truck.
Of course this tutorial isnt for adding the demo truck but u can use this tutorial in conjuntion with a demo truck just for example, you could also use it for a MAD tank if u can figure out how to make both Nuke and MAD weapons to work right (DamageRadius= dont work)
This is just to make units explode on Deploy i tried not to conflict with a DEMO truck tutorial but Demo truck was just the best example _________________ QUICK_EDIT
hey is there anyway you could do the demo truck thing more easly? If not can you explaine it for noobies to editing(like me)

- First of all, it doesnt come declared by default, not as default. Then, people would needt to check the code in the end of the tutorial (final doesnt sounds good :S), but the code wasn't posted. Don't worry, guys, here's the code:

can someone post the entire code for the rules.ini and art.ini , cuz i've tried to make my demo truck to explode on deploy and he never explodes, i've also tried by making the damage higher, still no diference.
the only thing i've achieved so far is that if you attack the invisible structure it turned in to, it explodes with the explosion from the demo truck
enough, vxls are no problem , just not quite experienced with anims as i only made 2 shps so far
and some parts of the tutorial are a litle bit vage QUICK_EDIT
