make me a vxl

Can someone make me a vxl for ts. I want ship just like the one in Final Dawn. that has 2 cannons shooting at ground units. The cannons must be turrets. I'd liek it the same size as ra2 hips so you could edit the ra2 ship? Can anyone do this for me please?
