There is a new Tiberian Sun mod being worked on, actually, it has been worked on for a while, but finally revealed to public. It's a mod from thedvd called Tiberian Sun: Total War. Here's the description of the mod, according to thedvd:

It's a mod that, like many mods, takes place after TS Firestorm... the usual stuff you know, CABAL is still active, Mutant population grows and forms an Army...etc.. The objective of the Mod is much like Final Dawn I think... creating a lot more units/sides, but still keeping good balance and not with units that are useless... (don't know if you ever played the Eternity mod? Has cool FX but crappy voxels and stupid units... like Mammoth mk III, Mammoth mk IV, Mammoth mk V.... etc etc.)
