I'm having a really big problem with 3ds2vxl, I've installed all the DLL files that it asked for but every time I try to start the program I keep getting this error.

If anyone can help, it would be greatly apreachiated. Smile

btw i know the DLL situation is a disgrace but it's not exactly my fault.

what i want is a system where, when a program needs to use DLLs, it will detect if those DLLs are present and if not it will download them automatically to be used for all programs on your computer and will keep updating them. as far as i know, no such system exists and if it does then nobody has bothered to tell me.

the practice of having DLLs in the folders of programs that need to use them is totally ridiculous in my opinion.
