Strength: Medium
Armour: Medium
Speed: Average
Cost: N/A



The Stingray is one of Nod's most advanced naval units. Specialized engines allow this unit to move swiftly through Tiberium infested waters with ease. The Stingray's main role is reconnaissance and light naval warfare, it can not be seen by other vessels or units unless detected by a sensory array system. It is armed with twin missile launchers which are located on the side of the submarine, the Stingray can surface and quickly launch a swift and deadly punch to unsuspecting units.

I don't think I like the idea of navy in TS (They just make the units' scale even less accurate), but you have choosen to use them, so good luck with it.

The main thing I Dislike about adding navy in Tiberian Sun is the AI Limitations. Multi-player over Single-player though I guess.

I really don't think scale is an issue, considering almost every CnC has scaling issues, especially when it comes to Naval units. There's no reason to leave a piece of gameplay untouched for that reason.

Btw, I don't think you can have real submarines as you can have only one sound for cloaking/sinking/rising in TS (AFAIK).

So? As long as the sound is changed to be somewhere between cloaking and surfacing it would be OK. The normal TS cloaking sound is really annoying anyway. #Tongue
