Some how i made the move object thingy fu** up.

Look at the pic below and it's not the one i want, i want the one where u click in the arrow popinting up and u can move it up and down. I must of press a keyboard hotkey so does anybody know the hotkey to turn it back?

Oh and it's hard to exsplain what i'm talking about so i don't blame you if you don't understand.
