Right, let me get started on the new Twisted Insurrection TI temperate (All old things will still be included, just edited to go with the rest of the theater):

(A few of the slopes have to be edited)
Also, a big thanks to Droke for help with textures.

I love it. Not enough mods use dull/grayish terrain, to create desertion-like felling to it. Smile

Glad you guys like it.
This will be my main focus for the time being, as I have a lot of terrain to edit and fix for the new style, but I'm up for it.

Some random bits:

As you can see I will still be using some of our old terrain, just edited to go with the new style. Take the tiled pavement and it's fix for example. Smile

Try to make some difference between the size of those tiny rocks. If you remember the similar terrain pieces in Red Alert.

I like this. I really like this.
But temperate should have some slight vestiges of plant life, maybe a little scrub among the rocks?

Well Droke and I have made these, but some editing is required (On the shrubs mainly, the rocky heaps just need minor editing)

I'd guess this will be for the next internal version?
Anyways, at first it looked like it was a bad jpeg pic, so I dunno really... I must see it ingame myself before I can give a good comment.

I'm not sure how to put this, but the terrain in the first pic creates an illusion of hills Razz It doesn't look very flat, like (I presume) its supposed to.

The green tint of the 2nd screeny. Just wow. Pure. Oh my godness.

Good work, but is it possible to add burnt out areas? Not like the smudges that were with the origional game, but larger, black grass Ect?

The cement is looking good. If westwood were about. They would be gawking at this.

And BTW, what is the building there?

Nod's Tiberium Monument, can be seen in any Nod city.

And this is the same screenshot as the last, but in a different lighting setting (an example of how the lighting effects the new terrain).

I like the Tiberium Monument, but it doesn't look as shiny or flawless as a tiberium Crystal. It appears to be pock-marked and scarred.
Does make a good piece of eye candy.

GDI needs a pseudo-fascist eagle statue, just for the sake of it.... (not trying to be bad taste here, just that GDI has some of the dogma of a fascist society, and the TI GDI logo fits.)

Monument looks good, and the smooth hills and terrain is amazing. The green crystal LAT looks funny though, whether it's the terrain or the lighting.
