Alright, I hear you can some how compress a map with XCC. How do you do this?

I wouldn't bother. It would probably just remove some trees and pavement or somethink sh!t like that.

In your case, it wouldnt be good. It removes some basic details of the map by removing the [IsoMapPack5] part of your map.

actually it makes the map run a bit faster (unless you comp runs tib sun at full speed)

it also transfers maps faster wich is why most online maps are flat and have little deatil, but they run faster on low end comps.

thats the only real reason i would evan suggest map compression.
