QUICK_EDIT Attach signature (signatures can be changed in profile) close

If someone could take a look at this and see what is causing this internal error. It seems to pop up around 15 seconds or so into the mission. The eight power plants at the very top of the map are not the cause as I have deleted them and the IE still appears.
