Freeware Animation Software

I'm looking for a good Freeware Animation studio for the little animations i do (i.e. create mouse pointers, short flash animations, etc.) anyone know a good one?

You can make mouse pointers with AniFX, most anims here, sigs and what nots, are GIFs. You can make those with a GIF animatior.
