Hi guys, just a quick question in final sun is a certain key or something to hold to place symmetrical items onto maps. For example if I painted some elevation on one side it would automatically create it symmetrically on the other.

I'm not making noob mod maps. I'm just trying to place some cliffs and tiberian fields equally.

If not how do you guys create perfect symmetry in some of the maps I've been browsing here.

I've done a quick search here and over at Wagnerma and can't find anything.

Any help would be appreciated.

Do 1 part at a time, and do the same at the other side of the map. It's sometimes useful to draw temp lines of a groundtype (IE, grass or sand) from one side of the map to the other, so you can focus on that Wink

There is no such tool for creating perfectly symmetrical maps, you just have to be very precise and accurate with how you place the terrain.

Yeah, when I create my noob maps, I always draw some walls just to see if its symmetrical Very Happy

Anyway, maybe it helps to import it from a file..?
