VQA is the video format used by all C&Cs before Red Alert 2.

All .VQA files should be inserted to your expandXX.mix archive.

I will not however tell how to insert a file inside MIX archive.

IIRC, TD, RA1, and TS use VQA format, while RA2/YR, Renegade, and Generals use BIK (Bink) format.

Also we have not been able to make new VQAs, but I'm sure that Seaman is aware of that.

Maybe you could use TD or RA1 VQAs in Tiberian Sun, although I'm not sure of it because the VQA format from them are older...
