Lo all,

My brother downloaded TI and I've witnessed this first hand, everytime he has some sort of movement of power (building power plants, repairing them, building buildings that drain etc) he gets a massive fram rate drop. He said he also got this in TS, any advice? (I know this isn't really a TI issue but it has translated over to TI)

Absolutely no idea, never heard of that problem before in TS or TI. Is this with or without DDRAW.dll?

Is DDRAW in the SUN folder? If so then no he's not using it.

Then try using DDRAW.dll.
