I ran across a problem today, a problem that has put a slump in my personality. Looking across the voxel community there are plenty of voxels, created from 3ds models. I thought my self that i could do this, and have many great models to use. As we all know flyby's script doesnt support any texturing. So i got a hold of ViPr's 3ds2vxl program. Gave it a shot. Textures did not appear on the voxel. Strange i thought. That was a week ago that it first happened and i thought it was somehting i was doing wrong, but i have discovered that when you try to export as 3ds in 3dsMax 4.2, it looses all of its textures! And i am currently baffled. How can i fix this? How did everyone else do it? Whats wrong... if anyone can help me find out how to make convert models into vxl's without loosing textures i would be very happy.

Thank you.
