Is a Psychic sensor possible?

Is it possible to code something similar to the RA2 Psychic sensor?

This was the building in RA2 that was able show where enemy units were heading.

I seem to remember a Zero Hour mod that had something like this.

Any ideas?

By default, IIRC, when units are in range of the Listening outposts [for china] you saw the waypoints that the units were headed to... [If you hovered the mouse over that unit in range]

It was done with the "REVEALS_ENEMY_PATHS" KindOf - which is missing in TW. Sad

Right, well that is a shame, but I have an alternative use for the Psychic radar so I will model it anyway.
