I've added lots of stuff to D-day recently so I thought I'd play a few games. On the first game tho I was surprised to see the AIs building a bigger then usual base on my radar. When I went to investigate I found that they had built all seven construction yards & then started to spam buildings, one every few seconds! By the time I'd moved back to my base half the map was covered & soon after the whole map was completely covered in buildings...

Well I couldn't help but lol at the sight of being building "rushed" so I thought I'd share a pic. I found & fixed the problem straight away so don't worry about the AI doing this to ya too #Tongue

I've been able to cause that accidentally in TS...The horror of seeing an AI grow to the river's edge on Grand Canyon.

How do you fixed the cloning bug? The AI has hundreds of warfactories, but only one of them is building units. o.O
I would have expected all of them building the same unit. (Would have been cool in the case of demotrucks though Twisted Evil )

Ares provides optional fix for this bug.

And yeah, AI goes batshit if it gets more than one Construction Yard. I've witnessed it building more Construction Yards in such scenario, which just adds more fuel to the rampaging fire.

I had another bug that required editing the owner tags on most of the buildings. I added every side to the owner tag of the conyards tho, which caused the AI to exponentially build structures like that.

The AIs didn't build any units, only a few infantry at the start of the game. The units you see in the pic are supply vehicles that they got free with the many supply depots they built.

PS: Hard AIs will build 2 conyards if you destroy their first one, kinda an up yours I'm not going down that easy!
