AI Unit Production Bug

I noticed that if the AI has two production facilities of the same type, they can produce 2 units simultaneously. i.e. the AI can have two war factories and then builds TWO Mammoth Mark II's!!

This is known and unfortunately nothing can be done against it.
It's the same reason why the AI can build from its 5 helipads 5 aircraft at the same time.

Another note about the Mammoth Mk2: the AI doesn't follow buildlimits, so even without the second War Factory they are able to build more of those. This is the same for all units with a buildlimit.
