We've included an alpha installer at this revision of OS SHP Builder. So, technically, what you need is to just download the executable beta version. Once you run it, it will run the installer that requires internet connection. I haven't tested it on Windows 7 yet. In fact, my testing stage was quite limited so far and I have no time to test it properly in the next days.

That's one thing. We are also including a revised SHPBuilderReadMe.rtf file in this revision. Have fun!
