Disturbed Tranquility [2-3]
My first map, so don't expect brilliance . 100x100 snowy night with a lighting cycle. No extra triggers, resources ~ 370 000 (some of it is behind visible area). One big and one small veinhole.
There are few places on Earth which are still untouched by man. This map tries to depict such a place - almost no human intervention, except those roads and bridges (they were built to ease access from one place to another and the mapped area is somewnere between them). Recently, a meteorite struck, carrying tiberium and veins, spread it throughout the area and caused some earthquakes, transforming the terrain significantly.
Some cliffs were shattered seriously and can be destroyed easily (hint hint).
Near the bases you'll find patches of blue tiberium - good for fast cash. But secure them well, or the enemy will make a chain reaction (AI got my harvesters that way twice )... Further away, green tiberium for late game. Centraql area lacks tiberium, but has veinholes. Veinholes positioned so the enemy will most probably have to move over them to get to you.
Smiff, what makes you think that? I didn't convert it from anywhere, I made it. It may be similar to some RA2 map, but hell.. there's so many of them I can't bet there isn't some very similar RA2 map around. QUICK_EDIT
