That's just a tank with bigger head,not a SPG
Maybe design like a AMX 155 55(with turrent on the middle of the body) but that tiny gun...

Nah, the KV2 was more unique, this seems to me a simple tank with an oversized turret and an undersized barrel long with it.

Such a turret would prolly work better housing a mortar as artillery than conventional guns.
