I like it, but I agree in regards to the contrast issue. Flipping the mountain so that the snow-capped side is to the left of the soldier's face would help, to start.
You could also change the mountain, starting at the GI's shoulders or so. The snow details suddenly stop and it becomes a tiny bit darker- I'd fix that.
The sky could also benefit from a little color variation. Perhaps slightly darker near the top, or lighter closer to the mountains? Nothing too dramatic. _________________ YR modder/artist, DOOM mapper, aka evanb90

I still think either background should be desaturated heavily either add a contour to make the unit more visible, the Slingshot seems good but kinda small.

Which one that should be desaturated? The Demo Truck?

Also, AS cameo style just follows the overall visual theme. People either love it or hate it, I dun mind. Yeah about the Demo Truck. The Slingshot is lack of contrast and the GI is excess of contrast, aren't they?

Too much white. I have noticed that some of your cameos have some sort of a white fog/bluring. For me the cameo must be as clear/clean as possible to show the unit.

I'll be honest, I liked the simpler background of the first one.

I agree with the MCV, but i didn't agree for Power Plant's background. :/ I made the background by myself. Still need to exercise more for making backgrounds _________________
