[Suggestion]Adding Brightness and Contrast

I have a suggestion that we can set the brightness and contrast without editing per frames by photoshop.

That would be terrible because of the limits of the palette. You can already use RGB recoloring for brightness tho.

You can use custom schemes (or create a new one) to do that.
