You could create a trigger with any event (No. 8) and the action apply 100 damage at...[waypoint]. I don't know how many actions you'll need for one MCV, though. You'll have to test on your own. _________________ One and only developer of the Command & Conquer Dune "C&C D" mod.

With some ini modding, you can also create a dummy animation in art.ini with
[DODMG1000]
Image=EMPTY ;create SHP with some empty frames
Damage=1000
Add this to rules.ini [Animations] list.
Then you can use in a map "Play anim at" and this way apply different amounts of damage with just one Action.
