I need Yuri's Revenge blank loading screen for my country.
Anyone know where I can get the Allies, Soviet and Yuri blank loading screens ready to be edited?

load.mix inside ra2.mix, copy as PCX, open in photoshop, start editing, once done using the right palette convert it back to shp or if you want to make a new palette use VK's PNGtoSHP tool.

Alternatively search the forums for loading screens there are a few .psd files around for editing.

I've done all that but the PCX comes without the right colors (blue, green, acid colors). I even extracted the PAL and converted it to an ACT, loaded that palette with the PCX but the wrong colors stay the same.

You have to select the correct palette in Mixer before copying as PCX.

My palet window was empty but found out how to fix it and extract the PCX/TGA correctly.

How to add the RA2 palette to RA2 XCC Mixer:
1. Open XCC Mixer
2. Go to View > Directories...
3. Add your Red Alert 2 directory in the "RA:" section

How to give the right palette to SHP in the XCC Mixer:
1. Open XCC Mixer
2. View > Palet > Select...
3. Choose your palette in one of the.mix files in ra2md.mix

Example:
For ls800yuri.shp, you select ra2md.mix > localmd.mix and choose mpyls.pal

When this is done you can extract as TGA or PCX.
