Well our problem with putting normals on vxls is that the voxels are cubes...so the program has to basiclly guess what slope/curve you were trying to make...

No guessing, all the program has to do is look at adjacant voxels, fit a plane, find to normal vector for the plane, and match that vector with one of the normals that bglman discovered.

I think there is room for improvement with the autonormals on VXLSE, the autonormal tool seems basic, and doesn't seem to take into account all the voxels around the one ur currently working out the normal of.

(i could b wrong, since i havn't rearly looked at the system, but it seems to b basic)

It can't just find a plane, it has to have some kind of curve identifier or you would get a very flat sided kirov or something Question

Kind of odd but 361 = 19 * 19?
If you read the topic there were 361 normal vectors AFAICR....
