Subject description: How to create it?

I try to create a Chronoshere clone superweapon, chrnoblast appear but they dont teleport the units.
I think the problem is SW.PostDependent=ChronoWarpSpecial tag, but in Ares documentation dont have how to create a Chronowarp clone...
Someone can give me a hint to solve this problem?

Means your units won't be affected, only the units of your ally.
