To be honest, I don't know how does it work on RA3. The gamedata.ini from TW doesn't exist in RA3. I couldn't find any setting to cut the FPS cap on RA3 mod SDK either. So, if this setting exists, it seems to be really hidden somewhere.

ya i herd ra3 uses RNA which is a rewritten engine of sage. when i looked in the big files it seems like a lot of sdk style compiled files (i have no idea what im saying right now) cant find anything on the internet as if it was ever even done before besides one guy mad that a mod claimed to do it but actually didnt.
