Okay, I got a SHP Tturret on a building which works fine but then the building has an animation that when activated makes the SHP turret disappear - any ideas?

Check TurretAnimZAdjust and ZAdjust of the animation (i.e. ActiveAnimTwoZAdjust)  or YSort I'm not sure.
Comparison between these numbers determines which is drawn on top of which.

Thank you - the turrets z adjust is much lower -600 (which means out of the screen) then the animations z adjust -5 and I took away the y sort of the animation but still to no avail :/

Negative ZAdjust means further down screen, which is closer & overlaps more stuff. Essentially I think it adjusts where in the world the visuals are thought to be in regards to sorting. Y sort is just a straight animation layer I think, with negative again being closer to the camera.
