I try to make a Helicopter that don't land (kinda like rocketeer) but the problem is, Its rotor dont move while it still (For helicopter it supposed to move at all times). How do I fix this without editing voxel?

I use IdleRate on submarines so that their rotors spin slower when not moving. But it's annoying that the move sound is played constantly even it's not moving. I haven't found a way to resolve it yet.
