Barracks doesn't want to reverse engineer these ivans. (TAKE NO NOTE OF THE IVAN BOMB ICON I HAVE TO HOLD CTRL FOR SCREENSHOT WHICH CAUSES FORCE FIRE, HE CAN ENTER THAT STRUCTURE AND GRIND with announcement NEW CONSTRUCTION OPTIONS- however he is does not appear to be trainable from the barracks.

To note - this is a new barracks structure, not an original - its listing appears in all required [General] locations as a prerequisite barracks. Is it possible i need to tag each infantry unit to be trainable from this barracks? I must further add to that aswell that the soviet rhino tanks WILL successfully reverse engineer.
Tested also with the tag - NODBarracks=yes instead of YuriBarracks=yes but to no avail.
Here is a screen of a copy of yuri grinder (no image) uses the same code ^^^ can reverse engineer vehicles. ADog prerequisite=barracks owner=egor allows dog to be trained at this barracks so we know it isnt a prerequisite issue. Yet putting an infantry for grind in that barracks just wont give me the desired result.
to the weapons factory clone [YAWEAP2] and it could grind tanks, and reverse engineer (make them trainable) it could take infantry - but still couldnt make them trainable QUICK_EDIT
It turns out I had not configured my side correctly. Well I had not configured a side at all - and it was confusing the game when trying to treat a nation as a different side.
