http://ares-developers.github.io/Ares-docs/new/additionalarmortypesandverses.html?highlight=verses

In the ares documentation it does not state whether the default armour types can be manipulated with  Versus.XXXXXX.PassiveAcquire=no

here, I had compiled a list containing the names of all of the default armour types to try to manipulate the passive acquire

Code:
Versus.ShipHeavy=65%
Versus.ShipLight=90%
Versus.NAVALYARD=5%
Versus.OrganicShip=70%
Versus.medium.PassiveAcquire=no
Versus.heavy.PassiveAcquire=no
Versus.light.PassiveAcquire=no
Versus.concrete.PassiveAcquire=no
Versus.steel.PassiveAcquire=no
Versus.wood.PassiveAcquire=no
Versus.special1.PassiveAcquire=no
Versus.special2.PassiveAcquire=no
Versus.flak.PassiveAcquire=no
Versus.plate.PassiveAcquire=no
Versus.none.PassiveAcquire=no

However it does not have effect. As you can see, I aim to make the unit be able to attack everything on command, least it be ineffective - still possible.  But I never want it to auto acquire armor types that I have not specified.
>>>>

If anybody has any info - or if i am doing it wrong --- please give me some direction on how to achieve this, I would much appreciate it.

Note:

I do not want to remove my ability to control the damage percent so --- setting each to 2% isn't the solution, unless of course the ares Versus.XXXX= will work with a default Versus.concrete= and such will it apply the effect of the 2% no passive acquire aswell? does anybody know

Why don't you just create a new armor to mirror it...

Newarmor=concrete

Then replace concrete in the warhead code with newarmor?

Haven't tried but that should work

yes it will work, but I would have to apply it to all buildings individually, basically replace default armors with custom armors in its entirety. Hmm

Notepad++ replace all function is amazing, would make this task a breeze.
