This was like that in late beta as well actually, unpatched RA2 has the unrotated closed shp in snow mix, it was replaced in the first patch

The archive is more or less readonly now, Google albums are completely unmanageable, Tore was moving the albums to his site cnc-comm.com but that sorta stopped at RA2 being half there in the dev version of the site only.
