I need testers, balancers, AI coder and shp-maker. Mod change original units and add some new: secret or for countries. Countries will be more different.

Unit changes:
1. Dogs and engineers now are amphibious. Engineers will use boats.
2. GGI have laser targeted rockets.
3. Jumpjet and cosmonaut is now landable.
4. Chrono commando and psi commando is now allied units, chrono ivan is now soviet unit. Cosmonaut now is stolen tech unit.
5. Psi-commando now is really psi with psi-wave and really commando, because can swimming.
6. Elite sniper and Virus is cloakable.
7. Ivan throw knifes to infantry, place bombs to enemies and death bomb to allies, elite Ivan throw sticky bombs.
8. Terrorists is saboteurs with makeup kit and suicide weapon versus vehicles.
9. Mastermind can use psi wave.
10. Apocalypse use flak guns to air.
11. Hollywood heroes remake to commando for other countries.

New units:
1. Soviet and Yuri Tanya clones. Spy to allied barracks, needs cloning vats.
2. Allied and Yuri Apocalypse replicas. Spy to soviets battle lab.
3. Jumpjet seal, ivan and Virus. Spy to allied barracks.
4. Chrono Yuri's clone. Spy to allied laboratory.

Just more of the same. Offer some kind of non-RA/TS based mod and you'll possibly get help. If you want another boring RA2 mod, you're gonna have to do it yourself until it's something substantial.

I have ideas and even design documents for total conversions, but Ares haven't some very important features (adaptive armor, more than one type of pip for unit, use weapon for only allies etc.). Andivion or Eisenwald isn't boring?

Along the lines of 4Star, I have to question the point too...

Why would someone help your mod when you have done nothing?

Does your mod solve a problem or invent something new?

What is the purpose of even making this public, are you experimenting?

Is there a long term goal, or are you winging it based on a few ideas?

I make ideas and rules code. Testers testing features, balancers make cost, damage and other balanced, shape and voxel modelers make models for units and projectiles. I invent something new, restore something good old and even solve some problems (only one stolen unit from laboratory for all sides is problem). There is long term goal, but I can make it faster with testers.
