The overall model looks nice, but there's too many single pixel details that get lost when rotating and just become noise... I'd work on cleaning up all the large faces like the deck and hull, and let the normals do all the detailing for you.

I'd also point out the crane on the back is rather superfluous and actually makes it harder to judge which end is the front unless you're familiar with it.
